    Additional Information
    • Server prices are based on 36 month, Fair Market Value lease between Customer and Cosmotek.com.
    • Additional IP addresses assigned as requested at no addtional charge. Customer must provide a IP usage map that proves more than 80% usage on currently assigned IP addresses.
    • Additional bandwidth is available. Each additional 1GB of bandwidth cost $3 per month. Contact sales for more information.
    • Server Backup is not included. Customer is responsible for server backups. Backup plans can be purchased from CosmoTek.net. Contact sales for more information.
    • Some additional software packages can be purchased or leased from CosmoTek.net. Contact sales for more information.
    • Customer is not permitted to visit the NOC to perform maintenance on dedicated servers, except on emergencies.
    • Only the contact(s) on file are permitted to access the NOC and must be accompanied by NOC personnel.
    • All servers to be located in NOC will be tagged for identification purposes.

    CosmoTek.net does not allow e-mail spamming, illegal or adult site hosting on any of its servers. Review our Acceptable Use Policy for a complete rundown of what is and is not permitted.

    DNS Services
    DNS is provided at no charge for dedicated server clients. This does not include any interaction with the NIC or any work involved with domain transfer or modification. It includes only configuration changes made to our name server. This service is not provided for virtual hosting.
